Circa is a location-based community designed to facilitate connections among college students, whether on or off-campus. Users experience a tailored feed that adapts based on their current location.

Home: Displays a live feed of public posts or content shared by Circa friends within a radius of up to 25 miles, organized chronologically.

Channels: Allows users to explore both public and private groups within a 25-mile radius.

Filter: Enables customization of the feed content. In larger cities, users can select specific distances to view content relevant to their proximity, such as less than 0.5 mi (0.8 km) or 1 mi (1.6 km) away.

Post Type: Users can categorize their posts to aid others in quickly understanding the content.

Potential applications of Circa include engaging in discussions with nearby students on shared interests or challenges during the constraints of the pandemic. Traveling? Interact with local students for valuable feedback and recommendations unique to the area you're in.
